Growing up from early childhood Amy Jane has had a successful career as an athlete. Having been a competitive synchronized swimmer for close to a decade, a part of the Ohio HS State Runner up speed swim team, completed two full marathons; she has realized the power that yoga has played throughout her life. Whether it be injury prevention, team building, strengthening, flexibility or keeping a calm mind during a competition-yoga can too help enhance your athletic endeavors.
Amy Jane has taught the following sports team group yoga sessions: football, soccer, lacrosse, speed & synchronized swimmers, track, cross country and field hockey teams.
